(a) Florida Moving Expert retains the exclusive right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Services after any updates to these Terms are posted, you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to regularly review these Terms to stay informed about changes.
(b) If you do not agree with the updated terms within thirty (30) days of posting, you may withdraw your acceptance by notifying us via the “Contact Us” section. Upon withdrawal, you are no longer authorized to access or use the Services, and you must discontinue use of the Services.
2.1 Our Services
Florida Moving Expert is an online platform that provides users with resources and tools to connect with professional moving companies (“Movers”) for a variety of relocation services. We act as a neutral venue, allowing users to request quotes, compare services, and access moving-related information. However, we do not directly provide moving services.
2.2 Mover Quotes
We offer users the ability to receive quotes from Movers by either providing contact information directly to Florida Moving Expert or through links to third-party websites, including those operated by Movers. Florida Moving Expert is not responsible for the content, reliability, or performance of these third-party sites and services. Any agreements made between you and Movers are independent of Florida Moving Expert, and we disclaim any liability or responsibility for the services rendered by Movers.
2.3 Moving Cost Calculator
Florida Moving Expert provides a Moving Cost Calculator tool designed to generate estimated quotes for moving services. These estimated quotes are based on the information you provide and are meant for informational purposes only. They do not represent the final cost of services, and actual charges may vary depending on the specific moving company and other factors. Florida Moving Expert does not guarantee the accuracy of these estimates.
2.4 Moving Agreements
Any agreement for moving services is solely between you and the Mover. Florida Moving Expert is not a party to these agreements and does not engage in or facilitate the actual transaction. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the services provided by Movers. Therefore, we are not liable for the accuracy of the quotes provided or the services rendered by the Movers.
You agree that you are capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. Florida Moving Expert Services are not available to users who have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our Services. If you are not of legal age, you are prohibited from using our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that all individuals accessing the Services through your Internet connection comply with these Terms.
4.1 Rights We Reserve
We retain exclusive ownership of all intellectual property related to Florida Moving Expert, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
